These are just my thoughts, musings, ideas and opinions.
Some of them will be general topics about gecko breeding and the reptile industry, and others will be of a more personal nature. In other words, it's nothing to be taken too seriously!

I've paired up several females in the last few days, so my season is officially beginning! 2009 sure flew by.I've got to go pick up my mealworms today. It's so nice having someone local breeding mealies. I've been geting 30,000 at a time but today I'm only buying 10,000. I just need to get through the rest of the week.
Tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me. We are doing the Lone Star Reptile Expo this weekend and I'll be packing up geckos and making other preparations for that tomorrow. Steve is taking Sunday off from the zoo so he will be able to be there with me, which is very cool.

Conor is sick today and stayed home from school. Poor guy is having tummy problems. :-(I'm planning on spending the majority of the morning on this website. I still need to complete the collection pages and get them all linked up properly, as well as add a few more items to the header area. The Photo Galleries need to be built. The search function has to be made to work (somehow, not sure exactly how to do that but I'll figure it out). I am going to be extremely proud of myself when i actually complete this website! This will be the first one I have ever started and completed all the way without dumping it and starting over with a new design.
I have some neat plans in the works for GeckoForums as well. I hope to begin implementing some of them this week at some point, though the big change may have to be put off until after the holidays. I am excited about the new ideas and I really appreciate all of the suggestions from my fellow geckophiles! Stay tuned for more GF news!

Well, this should be interesting! I have decided to start a blog on this website. I plan to keep the majority of it gecko related but of course, sometimes personal things will be on my mind as well.
It's looking like 2010 is going to be a fantastic and fruitful breeding season for us. All of my adult leos look fantastic and a few females have started ovulating and have been paired up with their mates. My Striped Bell x Emerine crosses look better and better each time I look at them! The color on every one of them is stellar, and they have some cool patterns as well. I'm most excited about what I get from that group but my Radar project, while it is a small (yes, very small!) group, should yield some nice results next year as well. I'll keep you posted!
